FIRST DAY OF TEACHING PRACTICE

Today we are going to take classes in different schools. I got Kaniyapuram Muslim Boys school.our batch has 11 teacher trainees reached the school at sharp 9.30 A.M.Then we see our concerned teacher for collecting our periods Bindhu miss and sheela miss are our concerned teachers. They give instruction ss optional students. Then we sign the attendence. Today I got 2 classes one is 2 nd period and other is a special hour 4 th period in 8 th B class. Today 8/17 students are presents. I completed my first lesson plan in a very well manner .Give notes to the students. Students of this class are very active and corporate to my teaching style. First I introduced myself and also give the students a chance to introduce themselves. Today I take "Blanket of the Earth" . First I introduced a poem to students oru tai nadan by sugathakumari teacher . Students are familiar with that poem. Then I told some questions to students what is atmosphere and what are the Components of atmosphe. ? Student answer these questions in a very well manner. I define atmosphere ; " Atmosphere is the blanket of air surrounded by the earth". Then move on to the next session Atmospheric composition. In this particular portion I first told about gases in the atmosphere . I show a chart depicting gases name and its percentage . Then I ask some questions to students and ask them to read the chart and take down into the note. The pass on to the next session water content in the atmosphere and give notes .2 nd period ranges from 10.15 to 10.50 . The next period I give activity card to students they fill up the card and read loudly. Then passing the next session dest particles in atmosphere. Give notes and ask some questions to all students . Then I talk to the students last few minute. Give thanks to one and all in the class for their corporation and helping mentality . Some students help me to depict the map of India in a very well manner. Today I enjoy a lot with my new students .
